Anti Swelling Ginger Foot Pads, seems to me to be a waste of money.I experienced no difference in swelling or pain relief.I had to use extra tape to keep the pad on my feet.The pad(s) did not display any changes, which is purported to happen to indicate it absorbing toxins, etc.

I was primarily interested in swelling reduction when I purchased this product.I have tried two other brands of foot patchesthat were somewhat similar, but they were not exactly like these and contained somewhat different ingredients. They worked alittle, but I felt that I needed a stronger pad, with more potency and less likely to break or tear.I was pleased to see that these contain the mixture of ginger with menthol, whichI have heard complement each other.After about 5 days of use, I’m happy to say that these pads have reduced my swelling, they are better than other brands and definitely better than expected.I will be a regular purchaser from now on.

This is my first night using these and I hope they give me some relief. However, the instructions on applying the pads is contradictory. Instructions are to place the pad "paper side down" on the adhesive while the instructions on the back of the pad tell you to place the plastic lining side on the adhesive - which frankly makes more sense as I would imagine that the active ingredient is meant to leach out through the paper. Company needs to be more explicit with instructions.
