Communicating with them about their keyboards was seamless and straightforward. I’ve purchased two of their keyboards so far. While I initially had an issue with one (key stuttering after some time), their team promptly resolved it by providing me with a replacement in purple—talk about fast and efficient service! The keyboard itself is impressive. The design is aesthetically pleasing and perfect for customization. It’s beginner-friendly for mods and setup, yet durable enough for heavy use. No issues with keyboard responsiveness yet and the color options are great. I’ve used it extensively for both work and gaming, and it performs like a dream. Sounds good, feels better. I bought the GMK67 as a starter in 65% keyboards to see if I would like them and was very surprised by how much I liked this board. I like the softness from the plate that comes with the board. RGB and wireless aren't of use to me so I can't really comment on them. RGB worked as expected, haven't tried the wireless as of yet. But I definitely recommend this product for budget-conscious customers looking to try out some custom keebs. A more universal knob would be appreciated but for the price I am happy with what they provide. I had trouble with my board, which I caused, but support was extremely helpful and is one of the reasons I recommend this product.

Keyboard was a very nice build and quality. The lightning is nice and the build overall seems to be of high quality. I used it for a few months and the 2.4 ghz connector was not working, but after contacting the support team they were kind enough to provide a new one.

Built my first custom keyboard with this. Had a great experience, but ended up buying a bunch of other mods to help the board. Price did go down since I purchased it and its under prime shipping. Worth it and great board. Volume knobs are a great and the arrow keys being aligned to the spacebar.

I love the clean design. From what I’ve seen on the market, this kit is very user-friendly and has a moderately low expense. The RGBs were a lot brighter than I thought they’re were going to be (a plus). I was concerned about was that there wasn’t a manual in the box, but here on Amazon, it’s a downloadable pdf. It was very helpful to know the shortcuts for the F-keys and explaining the lights during charging. The only question I have is how long does it take to fully charge? I just googled how long it takes to charge an 8000mAH battery, and it says roughly 2.5 hrs, but it’s not specific for this keyboard. Update: RGB brightness can be increased or decreased by pressing FN+up arrow and FN+down arrow, respectively.

The keyboard base has a really good feel straight out of the box and I had no issues with the keys. My switches worked with this base and all of the keys connected properly. I only wish I had known they were south-facing LEDs instead of north-facing. My friend had recommended this base for me and I'll be recommending it to others and I'll be buying more for future keyboard builds! (I'm using DangKeebs Cookies and Cream switches) The customer service by this company is one of the best, they worked really hard to make sure I was satisfied and I really want to compliment them for it.

The rest of the keyboard works very well and the colors are great! However, the "i" key does not work. I had a friend look at it. They said the kalih connector was chipped, causing the key to be unresponsive.

This board is absolutely great especially for how budget it is(yes, for the keyboard hobby this is technically budget). It comes with all the foam you need while not being too much, (2 layers PCB and case foam) and tri mode is also nice to have. Comes with keycap/switch pullers which is nice for changing anything up as well. Gasket performance is pretty solid, this board has some good flex to it. Stabilizers are okay, they are plate mount which isn’t the best but they come almost perfectly tuned. I used a syringe to add some dielectric grease and there was no more rattle, which was not hard to do at all. This board in the stock configuration, with the right switches gives a great deep sound. I would recommend doing the tape mod for an even deeper sound if that is what you prefer. Overall, for the price this keyboard is very hard to beat!
