Excellent Unit
I really like this grinder. It is compact, well made and works great. While not quiet, it is a lot quieter than my last unit. The last one was more akin to fingernails on a chalkboard in addition to being very loud. This unit is much more tolerable. I also like that this unit has separate controls for each function. My last unit had "one button" control which caused issues with unintentioned changing of settings. Some complain about the mess, but mine makes less mess than my last one. However, I don't do large batches and only grind on demand because fresh is better. Some complain about static causing coffee to cling to sides, etc. I think that is unfair as all grinders have that issue. It's physics, not a issue with the unit. Besides, a couple of taps fixes that.

Very Pleased
Static dust.... RDT Ross Droplet Technique solves all issues. See on youtubeProduct arrived some minor cosmetic scuffing to the top panel, likely during assembly. Nothing major for a return. Easy clean-up after use. This grinder was purchased to replace a blade style grinder. Improved cup of coffee with less ground residue with this grinder. Primary using the grinder for drip coffee (Ninja CFP301),traditional french roast and Italian moka pot. Grinder well suited for average home brewing. Design doesn't occupy large counter space. *** Ross Droplet Technique*** cuts down on staticNothing like a good cup of coffee in the mornings, its the simple things.....

Suprisingly good grinder quality, in design and performance.
I had not ever purchased a coffee grinder before. After searching the many choices available, I chose this coffee grinder because it had an adjustment for multiple grind settings. I have always used the grinders located in the grocery store near the coffee beans, and wanted to start doing it at home. I was worried that this might not be a well made machine based on the photo's, but I was wrong. Very nicely made, not too big, works quickly and fairly quietly, although sound was not a major factor in my decision. I grind for espresso, so a nice quality fine grind is important to me so it creates a nice pour from my espresso machine. I'm very happy with the quality and grind, and the size was even smaller than I thought which made it easy to store away when I'm not using it. At the time of this review, I have had it for 6 weeks.

This is so worth it
This coffee grinder is AMAZING!! I love the option to adjust how fine the beans grind. Since we use a French press, it's great to be able to make our coffee with having it being able to ground so finely.

Huge improvement over the old model
Don't be confused from the reviews on this item because Amazon has posted reviews for both the older model and this newer model here. I had the older model and just recently received the newer model. The newer model listed is so much better than the old model. Smaller, faster grind, quieter, and easier to set how much you want the grinder to grind (cup settings). How course you want the grind of coffee to be as much easier to set with a side knob instead of turning the hopper like on the old model which was a little difficult to do. The only minor flaw is the coffee grounds are still affected by static and in a dry climate the grounds stick to the side of the receiving cup. But I am extremely happy with this new model.

Does not grind fine enough for me unfortunately.
I have had this grinder for over a year. I originally bought it after I got my first starter espresso machine. I went down a rabbit hole recently to try to perfect my espresso shots after buying a bottomless portafilter. I have found that this grinder does not grind fine enough for my espresso machine. I have tried so many different ways to make it work, and I just cannot get it fine enough. I even put it away for a good 6 months because I just gave up on grinding my own beans. I recently just used it again today hoping that fresher beans would help - unfortunately it did not and the machine started smoking, probably because I had it on the finest setting possible.I'm sure if you're not using espresso, it would work great for something more coarse. For me, I am beginning to look elsewhere.Another note: mentioned by others I agree that it is extremely messy. The coffee kind of shoots out if you don't hit the side of the container before pulling it off of the grinder (which I doubt is good for the machine) Definitely a lot of static. I feel like I lose a good amount of grounds just trying to detached from the grinder and pour it in my coffee jar. I read below that you should be cleaning it thoroughly after every use, but I am the wrong person to be tasked with deep cleaning my grinder after every time I use it. But that's me problem 😂

Great Grinder but a Little Messy
I really like this coffee grinder. It’s super easy to use and gives a nice, even grind every time. It makes my morning coffee taste so much better compared to pre-ground coffee. The only downside is that it can get a little messy with some grounds spilling out when you open the container, but it’s nothing a quick wipe can’t fix. Overall, it’s a solid grinder and I’m glad I grabbed it.
