Your Deceptive Mind: A Scientific Guide to Critical Thinking Skills

I think generally speaking fostering a critical and sceptical approach to information receive is a good thing and the main theme of this book is to do just that. However, what I found really irritating about the presentation was that it was often implied that whilst you should adopt this critical approach to alternative sources of information, you should never apply this mode of thinking to government agency, science or other established received wisdoms.

Excellent and very important for our time.
