**Q: Will food keep cool in the upper compartment if ice is in the bottom part?**
A: The effect is not very good.

**Q: Does this leak with ice cubes?**
A: I have only ever used ice packs with this. But any fluid that I have accidentally gotten in there, it has not leaked. I hope this was helpful. It’s a great lunch box.

**Q: Pictures show a strap attached and the description does as well, but there was no strap shipped with mine?.**
A: I found mine in the front pocket

A: Sure. It could keep food cold for 4-10 hours if you put one or two ice packs in the lunch bag.
