Use this sparingly!
This is pretty much like a cheese grater! To start with i used it with too much enthusiasm and it took a week for my feet to feel comfortable again! The alternative side is really for smoothing off the roughness created by using the grater side. So long as you use it gently it probably works ok but I’m now a bit wary of it and may not use it again.I can’t really recommend it due to the above.
