Is the needle flicking off to inject minced garlic?

Yes when the garlic is minced finely enough. As you can see from our upgraded marinade injector kit with two different stainless steel needles, one needle with a hole for liquid sauces, while the other with a angled-cut opening end is used for finely minced marinades. It's highly suggested to mince spices or garlic as fine as possible for better needle performance. By the way, there is a little brush for needle pipe cleaning.
