Extremely NOISY & worse than that - insensitive Management

I purchased a Mixer Grinder from Longway India 6 weeks ago and soon regretted because it makes a huge sound - even neighbours are getting disturbed. But the worst part was - when I complained, Longway India first asked me to send a video and then asked me to fill up an online form with all details, photos of product and invoice, etc. and then some most insensitive person (Kajal, she called herself) was so insensitive and shameless as to claim I am making up the complaint !! I asked why Longway India is stopping so low for a small amount of 1.5K, and straight away blaming the customer? She had no reply. When I objected strongly, she disconnected the call. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
