Smart Board, 49 Inch Digital Electronic Whiteboard & Smartboard Classroom, Screen Mirroring from Live Streaming, Digital Signage Displays & Player Advertising(Board Only) (JYX49HB-B)

So far we are happy with our purchase the screen is bright and clear. We will be very happy to start using this in a classroom setting for our students. Perfect addition to the office.

I’ve been using this smart board for a several days now, and it’s been a good experience overall. The screen is bright and clear, and the touch response is smooth and very accurate, which makes it easy to write or navigate without any frustration. It is also very simple to project from my iPhone—it connects quickly and just works without any extra hassle. so far it’s been reliable and easy to work with. Pretty good.

I purchased this for my fitness studio to display the workouts on the screen in class. Easy to set up and use. accurate with the touch pen.

if you are a text savvy person like myself you would assume that setting this up would be easy. That was not the case. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this $1900 TV. If you question this review just search the name of this TV on YouTube and find me one tutorial That shows you how to set this up or use it. How do you make a $1900 TV and not have one tutorial not one from the owner not one from the company outside of a marketing PR promotion video you will not find anything. Not one that even shows you how to rotate the screen Which didn’t take me too long to figure out, but this thing is literally just a monitor if you plan to use this for your business or to interact with doing tutorials or teaching or education I highly suggest that you get any TV besides this because if it has features, you’re never gonna figure out how to use them. Their owner manual is like two pages of garbage in Japanese or Chinese. Honestly there are such better products for so much less money and now this thing is like it’s heavy. So now I have it in the back of my car I already threw away the box because it was trash day when I ordered it I scheduled a pick up which never arrived Now I’m having to log this thing to UPS and figure out how to return this thing. I can’t explain what a nightmare this was. If you just need to do a basic power point presentation and surf the web. I’m sure you could make it would but why would anyone pay $1900 for a vertical tv that offers zero additional features. I spent 6 hours trying to g to connect my MAC to to the screen like it shows in the main photo. I never even come close to figuring it it. I could mirror my screen. Which you can do to any TV. But the touchscreen features didn’t work so it became a TV at that point.

Purchased this for teaching purposes. I'm still learning the ins and outs. I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive and fragile (screen) item on Amazon, but it was very difficult to purchase a smart board in my country, and the price was fairly lower. I have to say I'm very pleased it with it so far. I can annotate anything, show images, play video, use it as a browser. I haven't found all the features I wanted, but it's been great so far. Although it can be used horizontally, it's not as easy to switch it over as I had expected. The screen doesn't automatically move into landscape as an ipad does . You have to go to settings, change the rotation manually, and reset the entire screen. This got me into some technical issues where I couldn't use the interface better. I have to say the instructions in English are poorly written and very sparse. It's not overly complicated really, but certain things are not quite clear. The good side is the customer service was actually very helpful in helping me resolve the issue. Even with the language barrier and time difference, the person who helped me was extremely responsive and was able to help me get the screen back to normal so I could use it again. I don't way to say it was perfect, and It's still new, so I just hope it continues to work as well as it does and lasts for many years I hope. But so far so good. It came in perfect condition as well, and the screen seems very durable. There also are not a ton of reviews or information on this company online, so I was hesitant to purchase something so expensive. But Overall, I am so far very pleasantly surprised how great a tool it has become for my classes.
