It is super easy to install and use. It has excellent water pressure and gets the job done for cloth diapering. I installed it improperly the first time and it leaked. We took it off and used plumbers tape or some kind of tape that my husband had, and wrapped it around the threads, and THEN installed it, and it has NO leaks! The water pressure is SO great. It gets my cloth diapers super clean, which is especially nice for cleaning the gussets because those can be hard to clean through the washer. If you have leaks it's probably because it was installed wrong. Use plumbers tape!! It fixed the problem for us. I would recommend this to ANYONE cloth diapering. It takes care of even the scariest poops. Honestly, without this and my Spray Pal we wouldn't cloth diaper! Thanks Brondell for making a super high quality sprayer!

I was worried at first, because the valve initially leaked a little, allowing just a bit of water to leak out of the sprayer head when not in use - just a drip now & then. The leak problem seems to have fixed itself, and we have not had that issue since the first couple weeks of use.It has a flow control valve that is located right where it connects to the toilet inlet. Valve goes from off to full on, so you can set the pressure wherever you like. Unfortunately, since it initially leaked, we are nervous about leaving it set to our desired pressure, and instead leave it full off so there is no chance of it leaking. We just adjust the pressure at each use, which is a little inconvenient, because you have to reach down next to / behind the toilet to access the flow control valve.That being said, I have installed several other devices like this one, and this one is by far the best for compatibility, adjustability, ease of installation.

I was going to say that this review is a love letter, but I decided that the meaning would be misconstrued.I DO love everything about this simple little hose and nozzle. The quality of its construction is immediately obvious, especially in the heavy brass and chrome plumbing fixture. Usually before any plumbing work, I have to psych myself for the tasks at hand. I tell myself that I should be prepared for things not to work according to the instructions. But with the Purespa bidet, following the simple instructions was easy. There was absolutely no frustration in getting the metal, nylon, and high density molded plastic parts to do precisely what the printed directions said should be done with them. Everything worked the first time.So much for the installation. How the sprayer works is what really matters, and the Purespa is just perfect. It's long past time for the great unwashed butts of the U.S. to experience what sophisticated Europeans have known for a long time.Now it is easily possible to have the benefits of a bidet sprayer on a average toilet for very little money and with absolute ease of installation, thanks to Brondell's Purespa.

We bought this for cleaning off soiled cloth diapers, so we were very happy that the spay was nice and strong! It was very easy to hook up and we were so happy it worked with our North American plumbing without having to get extra parts.

Simple to use, easy to install, looks like it will never break!It's an inexpensive and yet effective shattaf bidet sprayer, perfect for the purpose. Someone may not like the push-button valve but it's actually better since once the button is pushed in (you can also use it to control the pressure!) you can hold the spray head anyway you like. InstallationFairly simple.it had both washers and all I needed was some plumbing tape. followed the instructions on the box and was done in under 10 minutes .I bought the product to use it to clean cloth diapers before I throw it into the laundry. Does a great job. The pressure is good enough to clean soiled diapers
