The HOMBYS Sage Green Chunky Chenille Yarn was a great purchase for my daughter who loves crocheting. The yarn is super soft, thick, fluffy, and it has a perfect Sage Green color she was looking for perfect for making cozy blankets and other projects. It’s easy to work with and has excellent quality. Although there were a few factory knots. She’s really happy with it, and I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

Used this yarn for my first chunky knit blanket and I absolutely loved it. Number one, the color is so vibrant and beautiful. It turned out really great and didn’t leave that many holes meaning that it was super thick and super fluffy. I even washed it on cold and then dried it for 20 minutes on the lowest setting and it held up great. It even turned out better. My mother-in-law absolutely loves this gift and said that she loves to cozy up with it.

The yarn came vacuum sealed but when I opened it the Yarn fluffed up nicely. I used this to make a blanket for a family member. I found it to be a good value for the price. The yarn is very soft and was easy to work with. I made a blanket that was bigger than a throw and used maybe 8 or 9 skeins. This yarn is perfect to use on Chunky Looms and even finger knitting. I havent washed the blanket yet but intend to check in with my family member about if it washes good according to the instructions. I have used similar yarns and would reccomend if you wash it to use cold water and gentle cycle. I would also reccomend laying it flat to dry personally. The blanket I made had greet weight to it and is very nice and warm.

They ship it shrinked wrap in a big bag so you will need to fluff it up when you get it. It is good quality and easy to work with. It is super soft and the Sage green color was perfect for what I was looking for. The 18 pack is enough to make one large blanket or two smaller throws. This is much cheaper than similar yarn at Michael's or other stores and would recommend it to anyone that wants to make a soft fluffy blanket.

I have been ordering hombys yarn for about 7-8 months now, ever since I started hand knitting. The product has been good quality and value. I have to say that my last few orders have decreased in quality, the yarn is thin and scrappy and I really have to work with it to get it to fluff up. Also I have had some orders on backorder which effects my ability to serve my clients in a timely and quality manor. I hope this is not the new norm for your product and customer service. Phyllis T.

This is pretty good yarn. It's not the best but good. It's fluffy it doesn't shed and holds up well. The colors are exactly like the pictures I've used it a few times. Im definitely going to use it again

Really soft and smooth chunky yarn for blanket making. The cream color is a true cream (ivory) and makes a thick, warm blanket. I used this yarn to knit a chunky blanket and it turned out really pretty. The yarn is washable and I normally hang blankets to dry, although you can put them in the dryer for a bit, too. I found this yarn easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Good quality product and would buy it again.

I used the HOMBYS smoked gray & white, as well as a blue in another brand for the one blanket. I used HOMBYS pink & cream for the other blanket. The yarn fluffed up nicely with a whisk & there were zero knots in my skeins. I am extremely pleased with the quality & feel of this yarn! I have since ordered multiple colors from HOMBYS & I will definitely continue using this yarn.
