That will give you something secure to screw into. This way your drywall anchors won't get loose over time and result in a floppy hook. You want this hook to stay stiff and firm for a long time. Not give out and be floppy when you need it.

These are super cheap hooks but they match the other set I purchased. They work great and look amazing!

These are perfect. I don’t recommend using the wall anchors they provide as they suck, but the actual item is amazing. Mounted really easily and holds extra large towel sheets without issue. The set screw for the mount does stick out a bit, it doesn’t bother me but if you’re looking for a flush look, these may not be for you. I highly recommend them!
