Good brand. Well built and good heating. Would have been better if cord length was increased by another half meter. Though I have not measured it, the cord length must be 2 m.

I reported that it is not working alright & has safety issue also. When I filed a complaint with Havels I received a SMS saying that Dealer will replace the unit. The service team took the unit to their service center & returned it. Havels is dodging & even after 40 days there is noword on replacement.

Good and light weight material and also hitting time is very less but cable is bit small

I have a new iron box ordered. However, the item is delivered in poor condition. The threads are not in brand-new condition and are cutting.

This is a good iron which is as per description in the app.

Very good product as described.No problems in ironing/control of heat/water use/or other.Looking good.But power consumption is high (as per description it is ok but I fill in using, may be done same work atleast 200 watt lower consumption, i.e 1200 watt).
