I only use one scoop and a half a day in combination with my usual meals and this is perfect. I tend to mix is with almond milk and it makes a reasonable tasting shake. When mixed with water, it is very runny when mixing with the recommended amount of water (300ml I think of the top of my head) but it does mix incredible well after a few shakes and rarely do I get any lumps!
