Didn’t even get one use out of it. Worked for less than a second
Don’t waste your money on this.Great idea in concept. Very poorly executed. I didn’t even get a use out of it as it worked for less than a second and that was it.To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. And only had a two week window to return. Unfortunately didn’t use it in that time as we lost a 15 year old dog who was our life. It wasn’t high on the priority list unfortunately.I repeat. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. YOU MAY AS WELL TOSS YOUR CASH IN THE GARBAGE.

Works well and easy to use
I received a defective one initially and was not able to get it to power on. There seemed to be something loose in the machine. I contacted Amazon and got a replacement sent out the next day. The 2nd unit worked and there were no rattling noises like the first one.Before use, the machine needs to be charged. A USB cord comes with it, but you would need to hook that to a charger block. I used my cell phone charger block and that worked fine. Charging took about an hour or so. Once it's fully charge, the power button turns white, which indicates that it's ready to use.I used regular ice from my freezer and that worked fine. It's very easy to use and operate. My kids have taken over the shaved ice duty and they use it almost everyday. It's super convenient to have, easy to take apart and clean. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a portable shaved ice machine.

Works well and does what it should. Got this for my girls for Christmas and they love it. Easy to use!

Easy to use and works fine with shaving ice
Easy to make shaved ice desserts with this. Just need to figure out when its low battery, because sometimes it doesn't start/hard to start when its battery is low

Does the job sorta
I wanted crushed ice and not shaved ice suitable for snow cones but that is what this mainly is for as it comes with snow cone sleeves. I probably should have sprung for the all metal and heavier one, but this does in a pinch.
