Yes it does it just doesn't contain Armityle The Chaos phantom purchased mine's separate aIso from Amazon. I got this 3 months ago and it's quite the collection you also get Darklord Superbia,Darklord Asmodeus and DarkLord Edeh Arae like the one Ishizu Ishtar had on the original series. You get Cyber Larva ,Lion Alligator, Spawn Alligator, Dragonic Tact, Parallel World Fusion and Elemental George Great Tornado
