Bellroy Venture Hip Pack - Black

Very nice, but a bit pricey for what it is.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my Bellroy Venture Hip Pack! This pack is a game-changer for anyone who needs a sleek, stylish way to carry essentials without the bulk. It’s surprisingly spacious, easily holding my wallet, phone, keys, and even a small notebook, all while maintaining a slim profile. The water-resistant fabric and zippers give me peace of mind during unexpected weather changes. What really sets it apart is the comfort; it sits perfectly around the waist or across the chest without any discomfort. Bellroy has really nailed it with this hip pack - perfect for daily use or travel. Highly recommend!

i won’t be keeping the item from bellroy but was compelled to leave feedback for those looking to use this to carry a compact mirrorless camera to venues that have size restrictions. my fujifilm xpro3 with a pancake lens (fujifilm 23mm f2.8 or voightlander 27mm f2 with the squarehood lens hood attached) fits with no issues. there’s enough room for a spare battery too. you might be able to squeeze your sunglasses into the main compartment too depending on the flatness of the sunglasses. the reason i’m returning is because of the bronze color, it’s nice but not for me. had initially ordered the fog color but amazon dropped the ball on delivery and cancelled my order.

Returning it. First of all, the strap is very thin. It also is not very long. If you are muscular or on the heavier side, this is not going to work as a sling bag for you. It fits around my waist, but not across my chest without digging into my neck. Also, the front pocket is bisected into 2 smaller pouches, which is pretty stupid.

I could write you some long review about how it's the perfect size to hold all my essentials- that would be true. I could tell you it's great if you carry an EpiPen- that would also be true. But at the end of the day, a bag is such a personal choice. I'll just say it's incredibly well built, and I love it. I feel naked without it now. Plus Amazon will take your return for like a month if you don't agree with me! I own 6 cross body bags, and I reach for this one EVERY time.

Perfect for travel to keep phone, passport, cash, and glasses safe. Can either be used as a waist pouch or a shoulder sling. Great quality, rain proof, and thoughtful design. I especially love the one-handed quick release magnetic buckle.

Even though I ended up returning the item as it was too small for my needs I still felt the need to leave a good review.

good size bag. like the magnetic strap connection. got some sun screen on the outside and the black bag is stained. thought that it would come off with water but it has permanent faded white spots. very unfortunate.

La qualità Belleoy non si smentisce nemmeno questa volta. Marsupio non grande ma sufficiente per trasportare telefono, chiavi, portafoglio. Già con gli occhiali da sole si va un po’ stretti, ma è ben spiegato nel sito. È ricco di dettagli e di scomparti, un porta Apple AirTag, chiusure termosaldate. La chiusura magnetica è molto comoda e sicura, cosa che un po’ temevo ma mi sono ricreduto perché oltre al magnete ci sono comunque dei dentini fisici. Consigliato. L’unica cosa, forse avrei rimosso il doppio scompartimento nella tasca piccola, perché è già piccola di suo.

So I am somewhat of a bag addict. I buy different knapsacks, messenger bags, sling bags. I am always forever looking for that perfect bag and I have different bags that I can use for the different amounts of gear I want to carry. I always liked the idea of a sling bag for everyday use, it stays secure, you can swing it onto your back or keep it on the front of your body for easy access. It is small enough for just the essentials of daily carry. I love the feeling of nothing in my pockets and rather carry stuff on my body instead. I have some gadgets that I always like to carry with me.....mini swiss army knife, earbuds, wipes, a tiny little flashlight, phone and wallet of course. I like to carry my phone in a bag rather than a pocket (largest iPhone Max)...less chance of scratches and falling out. So up till now, I've settled on the Bellroy Venture 6L Sling, which is a larger size sling capable of carrying a pretty big load of pocket gear. But a lot of the time, it's half empty. So I went looking for a much smaller bag to just carry the essentials. So enter this "hip pack". This is PERFECT! - Simple styling that doesn't look too athletic nor does it look too dressy. It's JUST the right size for the stuff I want to carry. - two separate compartments with thoughful dividers. A front one for card wallet and my AirPods, Swiss Army Mini SwissChamp and flashlight. Rear larger main compartment has a padded separated section for the Phone, and a main section for some wipes, spare face mask, and a pen. It's got a fabric divider to protect your prized Maui Jim sunglasses. This is actually marketed as a fanny pack and I like the duality of it as a fanny pack and sling. I've seen a lot of women wear the Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag (which my wife has) and this is very similar to that in terms of sizing, but this is twice the price. What do you get over a cheaper belt bag? This has nicer dividers, materials, and coated weather resistant zippers, magnetic quick release clasp, soft inner fabrics, and has more durable feeling overall. This is more of a bag for bag aficionados who are willing to pay a bit more for a bag they will love and use everyday. In any practical sense, this bag is severely expensive, overpriced, and overkill, and you should not buy it.....there are other bags you can buy for $20 that will carry your stuff. If you rarely need a fanny pack, just get one of those. But if you are looking for a lightweight smaller bag with above-average design touches, great organization and premium materials to protect all your daily carry gear and keep your pockets empty every single day, check it out. This bag is going to be my go-to bag for a lot of my future adventures.

以前からVenture Sling 6Lを使用していましたが、追加でhip packも購入しました。 hip bagにはスマホと財布、鍵等を入れ、Slingのほうにはカメラ等かさばるものを入れてすみわけしています。 やはりhip packのように腰位置に小さいバッグがあると、財布やスマホが取り出しやすく、slingではなくリュックを使用する場合でも併用しやすいです。 少々小さめかもしれませんが、自分の用途では十分かつ使いやすいサイズ感です。バックルはマグネット式で取り外しやすく、デザインも好みです。買ってよかったです。
