This is the brand, and this is the model they both love. I have been buying this item in the different versions (TIRO 21, 23, etc) for a while and thought that youth sizes 16-18 would be perfect for them. Well, the pants were way too long. I measured them against the 14-16 size, and they seemed gigantic. I had to return all four pairs. I decided to try to buy them in adult small—those fit perfectly.
