Q: This is what I should do if the cable is kinked and can't be pulled out and replaced.

For months I was having problems with my kitchen sink drain I have tried all different type of drain cleaner and it was not working I purchased this snake from you and it has been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’ve used it once and it has cleared up the problem that I’ve been having for months. So thank you ever so much, I love this product.

Q: Does it come with a charger????

If you look at the !st picture, you can see the charger in the lower right corner with faded battery. The battery is faded because it only comes with one and it is already on the machine in the picture. So, yes, and it comes with one battery, not the two shown in the picture.

Q: Is the battery included or does it need to be purchased separately?

Battery was included and not having to plug something in a walk around with a quart dragon behind you the convenience of that was great that also I appreciate
