I ordered the Eeyore slippers as a gift for someone. I ordered the 9.5-10.5. The size was right in the cart. However when I transferred it to check out it would only come up 7/8. I called Amazon to ask if this was just the description or if they would actually arrive in 7/8. I was assured that the 7/8 was just the description and I would receive 9.5-10.5. Amazon was wrong they arrived 7/8. Its a shame because they really are cute and comfortable looking. If you want 7/8 buy them. Returning was very easy.
