I bought COVAP's ham in a block and already sliced to see the difference for future orders. We've loved the flavor and the texture, in both cases is absolutely amazing. The Iberico flavor is intense but more on the sweet side. Love it! The pre-slice makes sense to take it for a picnic. It also makes a great gift, the packaging looks like a million bucks. We'll definitely buy it again.

Terrible product. I bought this product in the past and it was good this summer. I had to throw it away. It was very off colored and a complete waste of money.

I was looking for a fine Jamón Iberico as I've tried different cuts from different brands, and COVAP's Alta Expresion 100% iberico Acorn-fed really stand out from the rest. The packaging is really elegant and fits perfects my charcuterie boards, the subtle mixture between sweet and savory really steals the spotlight. Looking forward to buy more for my events and try the different pieces. 100% recommended.

Let’s face it, any high quality Iberico is going to cost money. Since I don’t have hundreds of dollars to purchase an entire leg, I bought this small portion to get the taste. It’s excellent and I recommend this to others!

Thank heaven my palate is unsophisticated enough that I can get along without this pricey but delightful gourmet treat.

I don’t know what this is but this Is not jamon iberico ham. It’s cut way too thick and has a very different flavor . Hard pass don’t waste the money .

Soooooo good! I just got home from work and opened the pkg immediately so I can taste this ham from Spain which I always crave. It didn’t disappoint me - better than the whole unsliced ham which I bought from the past. I’m having it wine and it’s so good! Perfect for the holidays and special occasion and for special people like me. Hahaha!
