PRODUCT per se is EXCELLENT- KUDOS TO MANUFACTURER LG. THEIR SERVICE IS ALSO TOP NOTCH. PURCHASING EXPERIENCE RUINED by appalling & disgusting services rendered by Amazon Product was delivered by Amazon within specified time. No issues on this part of the deal. But no coordination whatsoever from Amazon for installation & product demonstration by LG. Amazon keeps sent false & misleading information about installation date & time & ultimately even after speaking to their Customer service over 8 times they fail to give any date & time appointment when they keep stating that their normal time is 2 working days after product delivery. AMAZON HAS THE WORST NON- EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE- AVOID SPEAKING TO THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE ALL UTTERLY USELESS HAVING NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS & HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO DO ANY MANUAL INTERVENTION TO RESOLVE ISSUES CREATED BY THEMFROM INCEPTION BUT KEEP ADMITTING THEIR FAULT VERBALLY( REFUSING TO PUT IN WRITING) EVEN AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL Ultimately we as customers resolved the issue promptly by calling LG directly & getting installation done the same day, which Amazon was supposed to do in the first instance as per order terms placed with them. SO MUCH FOR AMAZON's so called systems & processes which are nothing but bureaucratic paperwork totally non customer friendly. They JUST COULDN'T CARE LESS & truly believe customers are beggars and even talking to their management people brings no succour nor support, forget about any problem resolution. FOR anyone wishing to purchase high value appliances from Amazon our advice is DON'T- forget them. BOTTOM LINE-Go to one of the retail chains in your town-purchase the product of your liking & call the product manufacturer directly to fix your installation appointment. To maintain your sanity stay away from Amazon for such purchases- they are only fit to provide cheaper low value goods.

This is just the review of delivery. I don't see any scratches or dents in the product. Delivery is prompt and they informed me ahead before they arrive. Installation is smooth. I have observed one thing. The right door is not perfectly aligned. Keen observation revealed there is a slight misalignment. You will notice this by observing the gap between the two doors from top to bottom. Installation person said this is not a concern.
