Does not sit flush but does the job
On a 2020+ silverado, this does not sit flush, it is raised maybe 2mm and took some fiddling to get in, I had to remove one side of the double sided tape as some other recommend but once installed it works as intended.

Came with tape around it. Had to remove tape to pound them in. Seems a little long. Didn’t quite fit flush.

Stake Pocket Covers for 2021 Silverado
I'm glad I read several customer reviews on this product before purchasing it. It's a challenge to get the cover completely pressed in place. It was in the mid 40s outside, so the plastic cover was stiff but not frozen. I wouldn't want to try to install it if it was really cold outside. I had to remove the tape from the covers and use a rubber hammer to gently tap the edges to get the cover into place. As you can see in the attached picture, it isn't flush with the side rails. That's fine with me. It looks good.
