Feels genuine 1 mukhi Rudraksha
It feels to my hand like an authentic and natural bead. Packaging is also good. The bead size feels good to wear and to hold for puja, as per one’s requirements. I examined it and could find only the one mukhi through which thread has been passed. As the thread is passing through to other side, cannot confirm though if there’s 1 mukhi or 2. Certificate of authenticity is included and I am trusting it to be genuine 1mukhi based on the certificate. A photo of the Rudraksha before piercing it for the thread would be helpful. An option for it without piercing would be best. Personally i would recommend it to be in a thin silver cage with loop on top to put thread through. Recommended for 1mukhi Rudraksha.

Mixed Feeling. A Bit Confused!!
Well seems Real Genuine. Size is a bit big so it will be uncomfortable sometimes. It can break easily. Did not pass the water test well I ordered for uncapped seed got a capped one. Maybe due to capping it's setting down. I don't think that's silver. So anyway I have to remove that. Coz either gold or red ribbon is needed. Sent mail for authentication. - waiting on feedback.

Genuine Rudraksha & great quality
I purchased 3 & 7 mukhi rudraaksh from pushkara store this Shravan maas and was amazed to see not just the quality of the Rudraksha but also the quality & systematic way of packaging it . It had also a card stating the mantra prior wearing the Rudraksha and details mentioning effects of various Rudraksha . Size & quality of the beads is very good at this affordable cost . I shall surely buy more Rudraksha as per my spiritual needs from them .unfortunately the 7 mukhi rudraksh is khandit , since a 3-4 mm piece of the broken segment of the Rudraksha near its bottom hole , had fragmented and got lodged inside the hole itself. Looks like the hole was drilled inside to make it wider . Realised this while putting the thread and copper wire in the 7 mukhi . Keeping the 3 mukhi and returning the 7 mukhi Gratitude to the seller . Om namaha shivay 🙏

Good but found broken
Ordered Rudraksha bead but received the bead along with metal capping. Quality and authenticity is ok but some portion of the rudraksha found broken/missing. Hence, rudraksha seems to be khandit. Had to return. Will order again.
