Works like no other
I am a super light sleeper and for 25 years have tried so many different natural sleep aids, you name it. This is by far the most effective and powerful combination. Sleep like a log and even if you wake up in the middle of the night, you fall easily back to sleep

Worked Until It Didn’t
This product worked great for about a week. Then it completely stopped working. I was so hopeful as I heard about this regiment on the Huberman podcast. Unfortunately I now have a very expensive bag of supplements that do nothing to help me sleep and I’m back to getting less than 4 hours of sleep no matter what I do. Very frustrating.

Meh
This works ok. On nights where I don’t have to wake up in the AM it helps me sleep longer through the night. But if I’m stressed about waking up in the morning for work, it does nothing. Was delivered quickly.

I so wanted this to work....but it didn't
Anyone who struggles to get enough quality sleep is searching for answers. Unfortunately, this isn't the answer. At $4 a night it's pricey but that is a cheap price to pay for feeling better. The problem is even after 30 days of use, it made no appreciable difference in quality or duration of sleep. Save your money. I've tried a dozen over the counter items and several prescriptions. None of them have provided significant relief. The only thing that has helped me costs nothing but some discipline. Do an internet search for "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI): Sleep Restriction"
