When I received this product, I was going to send it back at once. It's in a flat pack, and the pockects contain a powder. Where was the blue gel that I was so used to in freezer cold packs? Soak this in water and have them melt and leak the water back out all over my lunch? No thanks! In fact, I decided to do that very thing so I could report it here.Instead, the packs stayed frozen the entire day, and kept everything in my lunch box nice and cold. At the end of a 10 hour day, they were still pretty solid! I have used these every day since I bought them and they perform very well. In the last couple of weeks I noticed that the size of the ice in the pillows had decreased. So I left them out to fully "melt", re-soaked them, and they are back to almost full size again.Their durability and customizability make these packs an extremely good value.

These do sweat a little so if whatever your using them for isn’t waterproof expect some sweat. I use them in my bogg bag with reusable plastic snack containers and they keep things cold! Definitely a good option since they’re flexible

These freeze well, keep cool but not as long as I would like. A little thin, don't know how long they will last before they start leaking.

These come flat with just a tiny bit of cooling agent in each pocket so I was thrown off by what i thought I purchased. You then soak them in water, I used a sheet pan full of water to let them hydrate and then transferred them to the freezer. The next day they were frozen solid and held their cold in our cooler for several hours. I then laid them out on the counter for several days and let them fully dehydrate and packed them away in the cabinet. -don’t set outside in the sun, I ruined a couple doing this. They can also be cut down to size to make them fit smaller spaces or uses

These are ok for like a week, then they suck. They stick together, so not stay cold long, and then they flatten out, turn yellow, and stop working at all. Do not purchase

I think the product works a little too well. Once I soaked the sheet in water like the instructions said, the sheet expanded into these pillow like sections and then I put it in the freezer. The thing is huge but it serves its purpose.

I got these to put in a cooler bag for a park party. They work great! kept my cupcakes from melting! I think I can take along for shopping keep my ice-cream etc cold on the way home.

The media could not be loaded. These ice packs arrive as flat sheets with no instructions.They appear to be filled with a dry silica bead in each little pocket. Submerge the sheets in water and gently massage the beads to soak up the water.Only had them for a week but so far so good.No leaks, they do not lose moisture or leak.They are not made from the most toxic materials so if you planning to use them around any sharp objects I would suggest getting the solid form ice packs.These work great for my bf’s daily use for work. He is in wine sales which requires him to carry around bottles of wine and keep them cold all day long so far so good. They stay cold for hours in the CA summer heat.
