Ordered this customized sipper for my sister's birthday but unfortunately we received a damaged piece with a hole in the bottom. Contacted giftana team and they immediately provided a resolution of the issue by shipping a replacement with an apology and birthday note to my sister's place, along with a free pen also customized with her name!!Excellent service. And the bottle quality and engraving is pretty nice too

Amazing water bottle
The name is laser printed to it would never go off but sadly it is very simple to get scratched up.. and the black paint would come of pretty easily.. so I request you all to be careful and the mouth part feels like heaven due to it beveled shape.. I am using this for 3 months and it got scratches here and there but not a problem

Product quality is not good inside and out.Low quality steel is used and outside paint is coming off very easily.

Bad quality
In less than 2 and half months, the rim of the bottle got detached, because of which I'm not able to close the lid properly. Also, the bottle of the bottle started leaking from the edges. Very bad build quality.
