This piece of equipment is great. Constructing and installation in my home gym was pretty easy but definitely takes two people to get the cables woven through each pulley. Use a level to make sure the unit is straight vertically or else it doesn’t slide very well on the poles. Once level it works great and can handle good weight. Have used it probably 20 times so far and no complaints. Also came with some handles and a rope that appear to be good quality and feel solid.

This pulley system is designed well and looks very nice as well. I took my time with the directions with assembly straight forward with the printed instructions. The screws were labeled and easy to access. Don't over tighten the pulleys and i read a comment about adding a spray lubrication on the pulleys providing a smoother movement with all weight amounts. I did Bolt the pulley system to the studs but not directly on the sheetrock. I cut 2x4s to the size of the brackets screwing down to the studs on the sheetrock first then using the supplied bolts to bolt the unit to the 2x4s. I have been using the unit for 2 weeks with no issues. I only wished the system was supplied with 3 to 4 more clamp rings because attaching the accessories to the rings on the pulleys turns the handles on the wrong direction. I have only placed a max of 100lbs so far. I currently don't see the use for the supplied bar clamps since the angled weight holders allow the weights to sit with no movements. I do worry about the screw pin that provides adjustments for the 18 positions since the part attached to the pin is plastic knob that may break in the future so be careful not to over tighten to prevent breakage. I have used the system for all upper body varies exercises. I have not determined if there is a way to incorporate lower body with the pulley system. Great product! I really like there is no fixed weight selection using your own weights makes this unit work the time and money.

LOVE it. Great value. Fits perfectly in our garage for a great addition to our home gym. No more waiting at the gym to get on the cable machine. Easy install it was up in under an hour. Holds alot of weight plates. All the attachments are a bonus. Im 5’5 and hubby is 5’10. There is plenty of height and length space to get full range of motion in all exercises. 5 stars all the way!

The machine offers great versatility with a small footprint and it’s a smart purchase for a home gym. My only knock is on the assembly of the pulleys/cables. Like most instructions for these types of items, they lack detail and only offer a visual of the way it should go together. There’s some good videos out there that are of great help and those helped me get this across the finish line.

Just what I wanted. Very smooth cables. Took a little bit to assemble but wasn’t difficult. I am happy with the product so far.

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to purchase this unit as it’s compact and a limited size design! I was surprised how strong the frame is and stable! I end up admiring this pulley system! The benefits of this home gym system are great and I am still finding finding ideas how to improve it on my work outs! The family enjoys tremendously! Is a good buy! Many options on the gym industry but I was lucky to purchase this unit and find it very useful! Thank you! I do recommend this pulley system but secure it well on the wall!! I additionally added a handle to the roller mechanism to help lift and slide the pulley assembly! I also added another handle on top of the frame to support me while using the pulley in the bottom/lowest position! Pulling for Leg strength but supporting and holding is needed because the unbalance! I need it to grab something! I added this l plate to balance me! Lubricant is a most! Constantly- use food grade- no smells! It also fits well inside a Gym Rack!

Love this cable system. I have a smaller space so I needed something compact. This system works very well. Setup takes time, but not too difficult. (just be patient and follow the directions). I would also recommend putting a little oil or wd40 on the rails once you get it installed. it will help smooth out the feel of the machine. (some people indicated it was sticking for them...I have not experienced that). Good bang for the buck IMO.

This actually ended up being higher quality than I expected. All the holes lined up, easy enough to assemble, did it by myself in about an hour (only took an hour because of the time to take apart the pulleys and put them back together with the cables.) The pulleys were already easy enough to move - no extra lubrication needed. Very smooth operation, simple to use. Pretty heavy duty for the price, good value IMO.
