Nice struts. Worked for small cabinet doors
I installed on flip up doors for a van conversion. As long as you get close to the instructions measurements, they'll work. They hold the small doors I installed perfectly, but they seem like they could hold up much larger. The small size fits out of the way

Works, but ....
The 100N product needed too much force in my application to shut or open the lid.Installation is somewhat tricky (you need to find the "exact" spot to place the attachment points)!

The shipping was average; possibly due to covid delays, but the shipper reimbursed me half if my shipping voluntarily —- extremely honest and generous.The products were on point. THIS IS IT for SentrySafe Quick Access Pistol Safe
If you're looking for a replacement strut for a SentrySafe pistol safe (my model is QAP1BLX), the 8" version is itIts ~1/2" longer than the original, but it compresses fully into the enclosure without any issues and allows for full door extension, which the 7" versions will not.This is also has twice the force of the original, which really improves the opening responsiveness.Not that you need 6...but at least you're set for years on replacements.

Round bracket will not fit a lot of cabinets
Annoying you don't get an option on brackets because unless you are attaching to a solid wall cabinet, the round bracket does not work so you either have to buy other brackets or modify it, this is obvious in a lot of the pictures that people have posted and this was my biggest hesitation in ordering these, very annoyed I have to order more brackets to make this work

Better then plastic
I had old plastic ones in my motorhome. These are strong enough to hold up my door that are pretty light. They go up ease slow smith but I hold on to them when they go down so they don’t slam. (when my husband is watching)
