I use these to make my plant tissue culture media and to help clean my explants and they work well, maybe better than the one that came with my stirrer... They're just a little bit longer. Helpful to have extra so I don't have to pull them out and clean them between steps.

Works great for mycology to mix liquid cultures or other organisms. Fun to play with on a spin plate. Definitely worth it over shaking the jars by hand and I think you get a better result. Good value for the money. Magnet is strong enough to spin thick LC.

Works great with our stirrer for vanilla.
