I can't say enough about these guys. When I installed a spanish tile roof instead of an asphalt (flat) tile roof, I reached out to see if there was anything they could do since it was the wrong height. I didn't expect much, but what I got was a nice husband and wife team (small business owners) that face timed me and came up with a solution. I offered to pay for the extra parts and they said no and sent them to me for free. This is what customer service is all about. Loved working with these guys.

Water issues, every time it rains I have a puddle under the vent

It was a bit smaller than I expected. The fan is the same size as a computer case fan. Other than that, works as expected.

Junk lasted a month and stopped working

I have had better, but I was not able to find that brand again. This unit has quality construction that should stand up to the elements for a good length of time. The solar panel on these units require DIRECT sunlight to operate at all. It will not work if shaded or cloudy to any degree. I realized this before install while walking around on a very bright day with it in hand, but under some trees. It will have full sun during midday so I installed it anyway. The unit is quite noisy is a shed application. Being what is really a tower computer type fan, you can imagine having one out of the case and how loud that may be. It does move air very efficiently for its size and being solar...when the sun hits it. I kept and used it despite knowing I can find better for the price and it may be fine depending on your application. However, I do not recommend this product overall.

Good quality and very quiet. For as big as the unit is the fan is only about 3 inches. I put it in my 8'x12' shop and it helps a little but not as much as I hoped.
