This scooter is solid and exactly as described. Easy to put together and fun to zip around on. My only gripe is that you have to go into the secret menu in order to enable full speed of 30 mph; the default it 15 mph. However, having to enable full speed somehow is typical for e-scooters from what i read. The Secret Menu is not intuitive at all, though. I used Google to find a similar scooters instructions. No stars taken off for this because it works as described.It's a lot of fun and of good quality. The underneath lights a great at night. The horn could be louder, however. Great e-scooter! 👍

I used to love this scooter, but the brake system is horrible bad. I bought it in Jun last year, then after half a year’s use, the rear brake broke. I tried several ways to fix it, but don’t work. I have to use the front brake very carefully, however only after 2 months, the same problem happened! My scooter doesn’t have any useful brake at all now! Although the battery is very good, don’t buy for safety.

Really really fun to ride dislike don’t have LED dislikes underneath it

I bought this for my father who is elderly so that he could be more mobile when he was out and about. Upon delivery, we discovered that the scooter was too heavy for him to lift in and out of the car. He also had trouble getting it folded down. Especially the seat. He had to have someone help him get it out of the car and unfold. I tried to return the scooter, but am still waiting on a response from the company. Don't buy if there is a possibility of returning.
