This is my first time I using it. past few months i feel my teeth is coming front and while smiling I feel the difference of something uncomfortable. by seeing the reviews I bought this, packing was so good and before using I put in hot water then I used.first day, it was very uncomfortable and pain in night and while removing so discomfort. then I cut the portion which is giving pain inside teeth. now it's very useful , easy to use regularly at night, feel my teeth is aligning by use of just 5 days. really it's worth at this price without spending 1k above of money.

Too small

Don't rely on other's reviews who don't understand a thing about dental stuff. This product is soft & fit for it's purpose. When you initially wear it, it is obvious that there will be discomfort for a few days until your jaws get adjusted to it and yet some people complain. I'm using it and it's good for me.

Before the first use.. Wash it well with normal water. Do not rinse in hot water ever. If u want to clean it. Fill a bowl with normal tap water, mix a pinch of toothpaste in it and leave it for 10 minutes.NOW HOW TO USE? at first you will think it's not fitting in your teeth but trust me you need to forcefully bite and keep your mouth shut. In night time, you need one extra step to follow, so that your mouth will be shut whole night(what I did). Take a cloth and wrap around your face.. By tightening the knot your mouth will stay shut. Take a soft cloth and cover it by side. After one week you will see difference.

Don't buy and waste your money. Absolutely worthless.

I didn't know how to use it.As it is for relaxing but it make uncomfortable while wearing it.

Using this for 2 days and can say it can give good results as a 19 year old I think it covers about 70% of your teeth and you can purchase it. It is worth for money for only 250rs it a good buy
