This burner works great. It was reasonably priced and is exactly what we needed. The heat levels are accurate. It's light weight for it's size, cook time is average, looks good and does not put off an odor that I've noticed. I would buy again!

Works as it should. I checked the bottom of the unit while operating, gets a bit warm. Would recommend a cutting board or something under it when in use. Otherwise, its a steady, secure unit.

I bought this single burner cast iron hot plate to save the house on propane and it works great. The boil isn't very rapid on high heat but still boils. Totally worth the money

Very convenient next to the sink, takes a load off the stove. Temperature control is pretty accurate. Really easy to clean and wipe down, check the cord for heat while using very pleased to find out the cord does not get hot. 3 cups of water six minutes to boil stainless steel 1 quart pan with a lid on. This little burner would be great for camping if you have shore power or small generator. 2K watt.

this little hot plate works okay. i’m able to cook just about anything on it if i’m willing to take the time & have some patience. don’t expect to be able to boil or fry anything, it does not get that hot. i would compare the highest setting to medium on a normal stove top.

This hot plate is built very well an works really well from boiling water to reheating leftover. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an easy to use hot plate for basic cooking
