Not terrible tasting, which most vegan proteins are.
Uh.... it's not terrible. which, honestly is about as good a recommendation for vegan powders there is. To me, the whey powders mix better, but as I slowly migrate to a more plant based lifestyle I have been working through several plant based proteins. And this one is as good as the rest in terms of mixability and flavor. Which is to say I don't want to vomit it back up.What I do like about this powder is it is mostly protein (a great blend of plant based proteins to hit a good amino profile), but with some MCT oil tossed in vs some kind of whole food additives that are not great, and are not what I come to protein powder for. That said, this isn't really a "clean" powder. there is a "creamer" in it that makes this drinkable and the black box of "natural flavors". So... a bit of a trade off. Want to not vomit or be able to choke it down? Get some creamer laced protein powder. want clean? like drinking chalk.

Somewhat gritty. Contains food starch. Not really keto.
This is a protein powder made from plants and engineered plant ingredients. Although the listing says keto friendly, and the label says “KETO,” it contains modified food starch, and it is not high enough in fat to be truly keto. I guess that’s one of the words that just gets thrown around like the word natural. The vanilla flavor tastes pleasant, but sweeter than I like. Sweetener is Stevia, which is so sweet it needs to be used very judiciously. Some people with ragweed allergy report a cross-reaction to Stevia. This also contains coconut oil. The manufacturer says it does not contain wheat, but I could not be sure whether it contains corn. Maltodextrin and food starch are often made from corn, which can be a problem for some of us who are sensitive to it. I felt extremely tired after consuming this product, which is one reaction I get from corn and wheat.Another problem I have with this powder is that there is a bit of a gritty texture, which I have found to be the case in most vegetable-based powders. I find it slightly irritating to my throat.I went to the Twinlab website, and their description of the product says it “Uses a carbohydrate blend for immediate energy.” It also says it this product contains Chia seeds, but I don’t see that on the label. The source for the “natural flavor” is not defined. It’s nice that this is made in USA, although, of course, some of the ingredients are imported.

Grainy with an unpleasant flavor
I'm not a fan of this one. I added it to my cherry smoothie like I do with all protein powders and it almost ruined it. It has a very unpleasant taste and the texture is very noticeable and not good. It's honestly hard for me to find anything good to say about this. Other than that it does provide protein in my smoothie. But given the options out there, there's no way I recommend this.

Very tasty protein powder
Twinlab Sport Vegan Protein Powder, Vanilla, 22.60 Oz - 20 Servings (Pack of 2)I found this vegan protein powder to be quite tasty...a wonderful vanilla flavor that is not overpowering and too sweet. For me, the powder mixed well, without clumping. A great way to add protein to your diet. I would definitely recommend.

It's pretty tasty compared to other vegan powders I have tried
When I saw this I had to give it a go, TwinLab has been a name I have seen around for nigh on 2 decades and is one I have used plenty of products from before, all of which were good.Their track record continues with this one. While it is not a vanilla milkshake, it is not bad at all.Mixes cleanly and easily with water, no powder bombs floating in the drink. It also does not have any gross aftertaste I have had with powders from other brands. They nailed it with this one.The ingredient list is pretty simple, no nasty sweeteners in it.Just the good stuff pretty much. And the amount of protien you get per scoop is great. Two scoops is enough for me.Value wise, this is good too for what it is.Sure you can find cheaper powders, but they are chock full of stuff you might not want. And the fact this is vegan is great, you aren't getting price gouged because of the niche product factor. The two tubs in the double pack are small, but packed FULL. None of that half empty tub nonsense here. All in all, this stuff is great. From a reputable brand with a long history of making great stuff.Would I buy this again? Absolutely.Would I recommend this? Absolutely if your diet asks for it.10/10A+Great!

Decent value for those seeking an alternative protein source
This product comes in a pack of two containers, each providing 20 servings, making it a great value for the price. With a total of 22.60 oz of protein powder, it offers a substantial amount of plant-based protein for dietary support. The Vanilla flavor is pleasing, striking a balance between taste and sweetness, making it suitable for various recipes and smoothie combinations. Despite a minor issue with clumping when mixed, this protein powder is an appealing option for those following a vegan diet, offering good value and versatile flavor. While this protein powder isn't without its minor mixing challenges, it stands as a reliable choice for individuals seeking a vegan protein supplement. With its economical packaging and adaptable Vanilla flavor, it caters to dietary preferences while providing a substantial source of plant-based protein.
