MUCH Easier and straightford to install. Well built
There are other brands that are circular in construction. For me that makes running the conduit to them a nightmare. This thing is laid out in a straight line - and it is extremely well built...sturdy, strong, logically laid out. It may seem pricey - but as others noted (thanks for the reviews they helped me make my purchase) - this thing is a great deal. The bus bar for ground is well made and makes the whole thing very easy to use.It would get 6 stars (hee hee) if they had a three bus bar version - ground, neutral, and hot.

Exceptionally well made.
My initial reaction was that these are crazy expensive and the stupid idea. They are required by NEC article 680, however. It turns out these are exceptionally well-made, easy to use, very high-quality, and probably reasonably priced for what you get. If you're going to mount them at all near a wall, you will need the optional wall mount bracket.

Great for multiple lights connections
This saves time and money. I install lots of pool lights and at time have had 10 in one pool. Would like to see a unit with 6 holes. The pool companies are installing the 50w lights so many of them have 5 lights. This would eliminate multiple boxes. Very sturdy construction and optional wall bracket is very useful in most installs.
