Direct drop in. Dad and I did it myself in about 2-3 hours. **Q: Will this fit a 2019 tacoma trd off road?** A: No, its for non trd models. Or so they say, i bought one and it wouldn't fit my 2007 base model. their customer service is horrible. They wouldn't correct the issue, i had to return it for a refund and pay return shipping. Avoid doing business with them. **Q: If I plan on towing should I get the 3 inch block on the rear to eliminate the sag?** A: Normally you add a leaf spring to strengthen the rear suspension versus putting a block under it. Makes it more stable if your towing anything. A stronger suspension is always the best versus a block. A block is taking the factory suspension and raising it. The rear end was easy enough to put together, maybe 20-30 minutes a piece. The front end was a bit more complicated going back together. Ended up having to use the weight of the truck and a ratchet strap to get the lower control arm and spindle to mate back up to the upper control arm, but after that it was super easy to get back together.
