Overall this is a nicely made scarf, but I am confident that it contains zero silk or cashmere. It's very soft but it looks and feels like finely loomed synthetic fabric. Still, for the price it's a nice dress scarf, but keep your expectations managed. Also there is no label whatsoever on the scarf

The initial feel of this black scarf against my skin was heavenly, almost like cashmere. Sadly, that's where the positive ends. The material shed an unbelievable amount of black lint, covering my coat, sweater, and even ending up in my beard! Constant lint rolling became a necessity. After wearing twice with a lot of frustration, I had to finally get rid of it. While other colors might fare better, I strongly advise avoiding the black version due to the excessive lint. A real disappointment.
