Would this be a good size for a fully grown working Labrador ?

Hi, I got this box for our Springer Spaniel. He can comfortably sit in it. For a fully grown Labrador, this crate wont be big enough. I think you should go for a bigger size.

Can this disassembled for storage? Eg for packing away in the boot on car journeys.

Yes it can. The top and bottom are easily separated by undoing the fasteners the the grate door just lifts out.

How tall is this as I need one a minimum of 70cms tall for my Parson Russell terrier

I have a small poodle cross who I think is a similar height to a Parsons Jack Russell. My dog is very comfortable in the crate and can move around easily.
