Fit king leg compression boots
I'm a long distance runner and I've read about runners using them to help muscles recover quicker after a run. I've looked at them a few times but they were always out of my price range. I found the Fit King's had amazing reviews and although expensive they were affordable. They are amazing, they are good quality, easy to use and do what I expected. Im 5"8 and i ordered the medium, they come right up to the top of my thigh, perfect. It's still early days as they were a Christmas present to myself so I've just been figuring out which program and strength I feel most comfortable with. I'm sure they will help my muscles recover after a run. I do find them quite relaxing, probably as you have to stay in one place for at least 20 minutes which is quite rare in our busy lives! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hopefully I'll feel the full benefit soon.

Best product what I ever bought
Honestly, it took me months to write review for this product but, but it is the best thing what I ever bought for myself. Seriously. I needed time to try if it is work and worth and it is. Any penny. Very easy to use, it brings to my legs great relax after whole day staying. I visited in past salon and it was my dream to buy something like that and this product crossed all boxes. Price, quality, result. Recommendation for all who struggles with swelling legs.

Excellent leg recovery aid for athletes.
Superb piece of kit if you are anyone who trains a lot then this is a great recovery aid for your legs.My friend who used to compete at a high level in swimming and is a sports scientist recommended the system to me as they used to utilise similar devices for recovery after their sessions.I was initially sceptical but having tried them can confirm that they do indeed help tired legs recover and I've experienced less leg cramps at night since using them. They have 3 modes.1. Circulation mode which inflates starting at the foot and then working up to calves and then lower thigh area followed by upper thigh before fully deflating all sections and then starting again from the feet up.2. Sequence mode which inflates each section individually starting at feet and then deflates it before moving onto the next section (so feet, calves, lower thigh, upper thigh)...it then inflates 2 sections each time eg feet and calves, calves and lower thigh then lower thigh, upper thigh....deflating the previous sections before moving on.3. Combination mode which alternates between Circulation and Sequence mode. The pressure can be increased between 50mmHg and 120mmHg in 10mmHg increments. The recommendation is to start low until you're used to it and then work up as you become acclimatised. I'm finding 100mmHg is the sweet spot for me.It works in a similar way to a blood pressure cuff inside the zip up boots which are separated into 4 individual sections in each boot ( 1 in each foot, calf, lower thigh and upper thigh area). All controlled through a digital display panel with 4 buttons (power, mode, pressure and time). Maximum time is 30 mins and can be changed in 5 min increments.Simple to set up and easy to get out of if you're not comfortable at any point due to the large zip that extends top to bottom of each boot. Takes approx 1 min to get set up and about the same to pack it away.Overall if you're serious about your training and want to aid recovery time then definitely consider getting some of these. They are pretty versatile and the size medium would cater for most people in terms of fit. I'm 5'10" and my friend is 5'2" and we've both had no issues whatsoever using it.

Good compressor
I have only just started using this so it is early days but it seems to be a good compressor. I have RLS that is why I purchased this. Last night after using this I actually got some sleep. Not sure whether it is a fluke yet.

Better than products 3 times the price!
I'm 5'11 and about 85kgs. I train and run a lot so always have sore legs. My gym has commercial more expensive units which do feel good so I thought I could get my own for home. I was expecting a reduction in quality but was really surprised. These are better than the commercial ones by a mile. Make sure you get the right fit and I found the pressure max and mins to be exactly the same as other versions offering higher pressure so don't let those higher numbers put you off. This has been one of the best recovery tools I've bought in years and it's super relaxing.Practicality us great. Noise is quite low and the whole thing folds up small so it's easier to carry and is quite light. It also comes with a EU plug attachment. I really like how it has its own bag for storage so its easy to put away when not in use. Customer Service from fitking is very good and responsive when I asked questions so cannot fault that. The unit is simple to use and understand with clear diagrams about the pressure. time. area of the leg etc. It's great!

Simple to use and really effective
As an older newbie runner training for a marathon (on the way to my first 50K event which is the real goal) I invested in these to help with recovery. Even with regular mobility/strength training, x-training, foam rolling etc I was struggling to increase weekly mileage. The effects are just what I'd hoped for. I use them for 20 mins in the morning and then post exercise later in the day and my legs feel so much better. It's really easy to adjust the mode, pressure and treatment time - overall can't fault them!

Very good quality and design
Worth paying a bit extra for as this really is great. It came nearly packaged, the set up took 10 seconds, everything worked and it has been very well designed. I just wish they sold arm attachments too.

Only for skinny people
Bought these for my mum. She is by no means huge, but certainly not skinny; these barely get up to her knee; may work for others, but not for us. Thumbs down.
