Review: Love it! - I really loved this! I have heat-intolerance as a symptom of my overall temperature-dysregulation, and I live in southern California. Which is hot most seasons of the year (and I can't afford to move). This helped a lot in claiming back my ability to go outside and do all kinds of tasks. My only complaint is the I wish the charging port was on one of the two curved ends of the fan. Because you can use the fan WHILE it charges! So if you have a portable battery charged up, you can extend the battery life on this thing a LOT (I personally use the "INIU Portable Charger, 22.5W 20000mAh USB C in & Out Power Bank" in its "Classic Size", also available on desertcart). But the port placement being where it is makes using the fan while you charge it awkward. That being said, the battery life is really good. I usually only need it on Level 1 or sometimes Level 2 most of the time, with short bursts of Level 3's power (aka: the highest power the fan can go). As a result of this being my general use, I can go for several hours straight with this on. Again, the battery is really good. I'm just paranoid, and ergo also bring my portable battery just in case. Also, I love that the fans can be tilted a bit to be more inward. I needed that. I also really like that the fan can be folded up. I was scared I would break all the other non-foldable neck-fans I saw on the market, should I put the fan in my bag. Having the arms fold in feels like an assurance of legacy. I personally like to fold the fan so the on-button is the innermost arm, so that stuff moving inside my bag cannot accidentally turn the fan on, thereby draining the battery. I've also briefly loaned it to various loved ones when we are out, when they looked like they were having a rough go of soCal heat. And it resulted in my mama buying some as gifts to give other people, and a couple friends buying their own too. And my loved ones who didn't buy one, they didn't have any complaints, they just didn't want a neck-fan at all except for the brief period I loaned them one (I think that means they probably want one, but it's a point of pride THEY don't own one, even if they benefit from borrowing one, which... okay lol It's fine, they were never going to buy one, so no complaints from anyone, only compliments). I also really like that this fan uses a USB-C to charge, just like my cell-phone does. I can use any length of chord that I bought from my phone now also on my fan, that's lovely. But yeah! **Q: really an AC? or just a fan?**
A: This a is a fan, not AC. It has fans on the back to get the back of your neck. Also fans that will get your sides if your face. I am extremely happy with my fan.

A: This portable neck fan equips foldable design, and you can take it wherever you want, your bag, backpack, suitcase and so on, personalizing your minds in many occassions.

**Q: Will this neck fan blow out cool air when it's 95 to 100 degrees outside**
A: Feels good so far and our heat index has been about 110.

**Q: How do you tell when it's charged?**
A: The indicator light on the on/off/ air flow button, which is red when initially plugged in to charge, turns green when fully charged. Make sure you pay attention. As indicated in the instruction sheet that comes with the fan, you must unplug the fan from charging as soon as you see the light turn green as this fan doesn't have battery overcharge prevention.

Seems OK. Better suited to women's necks probably. Kinda small. Air doesn't really reach my face, just as far as my ears. But does seem to be fairly cooling. My neck size is bigger than average I guess. I've been mistaken for an NFL player. So maybe better for average sized guys?
