I bought the silicone flanges and they don’t even work. They came in with a nasty film over them. I attempted to clean it off but that didn’t work. They also leak terribly which I think is due to the film not letting them create a good seal. So, when I go to try to return them it doesn’t even give me the option. It just keeps saying “trouble shoot the problem yourself”. I have tried trouble shooting multiple times and they still DO NOT WORK! I want my money back.
