I am not a young person at almost 70, but still go to the "Y" 3 times a week for strength training to keep my muscles and bones strong. It's has become difficult to keep my wrists stable and they have been getting quite sore during and after workouts. The trainer suggested wrist wraps. There are many options, but I chose these from Essential Fitness. They are awesome! My wrists are small and it took a couple of times to get used to the bulk, but they work and work great. I can even do bicep curls now without issues. And the best part is no pain during or after workouts! Oh, and I love the available colors!!
