I purchased this oil due to the low acidity and the health benefits of that and its process of production - the particularly extra cold processing. In my experiment with a new oil, I found a treasure. It's not just my palate that finds this oil a delightful and distinct difference but the various places and people that have enjoyed my cooking. Most don't know the oil is the only difference but it is noted and complimented.My only issue is that my latest shipment came covered in oil as you can see from the picture of my almost completely used up container (pristine as it was received, and the new one that the bag clings to due to the oil. I don't know if oil coating it came from my canister or one with which it was shipped, but mine doesn't feel lighter and in checking for leaks I've found none but it is a mess to unpack. Note the dates in my picture and that the newest is dated in 2024 with the other, ordered in 2022, dated for late this year. In situations of those who've commented on receiving oil which has a used by date shortly thereafter, it's quite possible that whichever Amazon warehouse from which it came didn't properly rotate their stock when a new shipment came in leaving older stock at the back to be pulled after the new stock, with a layer date, was exhausted. It happens. Not every employee might take the proper measures or knows them from the start. Both of these points are feedback I want Amazon to receive and for which to check before shipping perishable and/ or soiled merchandise.This oil has a fruity flavor and a wonderful fragrance that adds to the impact and experience in any dish of food in which it is used. I've found it quite versatile and it has produced many surprised, enthusiastic compliments since incorruptible it in my cooking.I attribute much of it to my use of olive oil in unexpected places. Even simple foods in which olive oil is not commonly used are transformed. One basic example in which olive oil is front and center as a main component is popcorn. People have remarked that mine is the best they've tasted, unusual and irresistible, at first taste. When I moved from a gourmet olive oil stocked by a local store to this oil, they remarked it was even better than previous batches.Its quality and contribution is such that I panicked recently, when I couldn't find the container in use or a backup. I immediately ordered a replacement after which I found the missing oil.This is now my go to oil for most applications and will continue to be.I appreciate the health aspects gained from their care filled process, as well asit's versatility, and popularity.I take advantage of the unfiltered aspect as I can get bits of olive as I get closer to the bottom or if I turn the canister before pouring the oil on antipasti in particular, as well as pasta dishes.Enjoy this delicious delight for yourself!

IT'S ONE OF THE BEST QUALITY OLIVE OIL THAT I HAVE TASTED. IT'S VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE SIZE OF THIS PRODUCT. YOU CAN SMELLED THE FRESHNESS OF THE OLIVE OIL BEFORE YOU EVEN TASTE IT. LOVE IT!!!

If you, like I, think $30+ is a lot for olive oil and it would have to be just this side of Heaven to pay that much…put this in your cart. It’s lovely. It’s the perfect balance of bold and fruity (how do they even DO that?) without being overpowering. I cannot think of an application it wouldn’t work in. I had it with herbs to dip a gluten free bread in and it was such a taste explosion I had to try it plain…even better if that was possible. I’ve cooked with it, dressed salads, and dipped veggies and even more gluten free bread. So back to the original line…yes…it’s heavenly. And worth the price without question.

We've been searching for single-source olive oil to cook healthily, and this product exceeded our expectations. It's fruity, delicious, and makes salads taste incredibly fresh. We will definitely continue to buy it. I do wish it came in a smaller size for easier handling.

Burns the throat a little when taken by itself. I also purchased a Greek olive oil, single estate...and it had no burning, was very smooth amd flavorful. This oil isn't as good but cost almost the same.

We like this brand of olive oil.
