how stretchy are these?

They start out stretchy but by the end of the day are hanging loose. Once washed they regain some elasticity but lose it again over the course of the day.

Are they made in usa?

No, In the back of the briefs there is a stamp that says where are made and it says El Salvador, maybe at one time they used to be made in the USA I don’t know for sure, but they are very well made and comfortable to wear the only underwear I will wear

Why does it not tell you the fabric type? Other websites have said these are hand wash only and not cotton so what is the truth?

Im an underwear snob. I started wearing Calvin Klein boxer briefs in 1988 and they were great until they started making them cheaply. All brands got cheap. These boxers are even better than my favorite ones. They are excellent quality and the elastic is well made. I love these and it’s a killer deal. Who knew FOTL!!!!???!!!
