Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Silver - (Renewed)

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb excellent condition. it has a small scratch on the screen but isn’t visible unless you really look for it and when screen is on, you can’t see it at all. the phone is at 83% battery health, but on a full charge the phone battery lasts me almost 2 days. Excellent condition is said to have a minimum battery health of 80% and no visible scratches when viewed from 12 inches so the phone is exactly as described. Overall positive experience so Im happy with this purchase as there is nothing wrong with the phone and all parts are genuine

High quality product, very easy to access, the product really worth the price, equally appreciate the seller for the screen protection added to keep the phone safe. The phone camera is bright, infact I feel impressed about the phone.

do not buy from here. It is absolutely appalling. The fact that I bought a phone that said excellent condition and it came and it doesn’t even charge properly and it’s a situation where the phone cannot even be fixed because it avoids the warranty do not buy from here false advertisement it’s terrible. I had the phone less than one hour and it’s still it wouldn’t charge and it was terrible. Messed me up messed up my week. Cost me a lot of money and was defective, but you can’t sell stuff and say that’s perfect condition and it doesn’t even come in perfect condition. It doesn’t even do the bare minimum of charging is actually repulsive. I’m an apprentice on an apprentice wage and spent half of my paycheck on this phone and it didn’t even work and now I’ve had to return it and go days without a phone.

Over the moon with this iPhone not a scratch or mark anywhere a bit of a flaf going from android to apple but it’s up and running without fault

Why did you choose this product over others?:I chose this phone as it was quick & easy to use, easy to transfer all my data from one apple phone to this. Great quality, great condition. I loved the colour. Plus I found it easy to use for my University getting on to Blackboard, as it makes doing my reading easier to read.

As a 17 year old I’m not one to write reviews however, I waited to write this review as I had ordered this phone on the 20th of February 2025 and it came on the 22nd in perfect condition, I was so excited to start using my new phone and now it’s almost June and this phone is still going strong! There hasn’t been any problems, the battery is perfect, the sound quality is perfect there is nothing negative I can say about this product! I really recommend this iPhone!

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would do it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! Victoria and Simon definitely don't know how to do their job! My phone came with poor quality, scratches all over the screen and poor battery life!! I asked for a replacement and they proceeded to give me a refund when I didn't ask for it!! THEY specifically gave me the option to choose how I wanted my new replacement, and when I told them how I wanted it, they proceeded to refund me instead of offering me solutions first and explain me and ask me first. When i complained about it they didn't really care at all and provided me a terrible customer service. Also I don't even know if they actually processed the refund or not!!!I would NEVER recommend them, they're a terrible company!!!
