I’ve been a sportsman, martial artist and weightlifter for most of my life. Nearing 50 I noticed my shoulders were developing a lot of aches and pains…. I’ve tried massage, heat straps and basic strapping up but none have released me of the pain as well as this basic but effective bit of kit. This has really helped with recovery and injury rehabilitation. Perfect and recommended

I do like this product, but I also have a few gripes.Pros: It's got a good surface area so covers a lot of your shoulder, it keeps cool for longer than a smaller pack. It really does help alleviate pain when you get it onto the area well.Cons: It really helps alleviate pain IF you can get it onto the area well. It's a bit fiddly, and sometimes doesn't really get to touching the front or back of my delt. It's really hard to try and adjust to get this to happen, so sometimes it just doesn't really help much. It's quite fiddly to get on anyway, and there's a lot of material at the 'top' of the product which brushes my neck a lot.The above being said, when it does hit the spot boy does it hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this, but just know it's not a perfect product.

I have always suffered from migraines since being a teen. Every month at least. I usually take a prescription medicine for this. When I found out I was pregnant I realised I could not take my usual prescription or ibuprofen. A migraine that usually would go away within an hour of taking my prescription medication lasted a whole WEEK. It was a horrible horrible experience.After doing some research I had heard of ice-therapy. I was willing to give anything a go given I couldn’t go down the medicinal route. It arrived promptly. This was the first product that came up when I searched. Bought it, I was skeptical given it was a bit expensive but i’d literally considered drilling a hole in my own skull so really it could have cost alot more and i’d have bought it.Used it on the tail end of that migraine, I was struck with another 2 weeks later. Used this and the 2nd attack was cleared wayyyyy faster than the 1st and provided instant relief. Not as good as prescription medicine of course but it definitely calmed down id say 70% - 80% of the irritation and it provided enough comfort that I was actually able to get some sleep and the pain was tolerable. I used it in alternation with another cool pack but this one was my favourite.The headband is comfortable, soft and high quality. It actually stays put and fixed onto your head. Easy to get off and on. As the pack cools the head band doesn’t get wet.Comes with a freezer bag so the ice pack doesn’t have a stale lingering aroma of frozen potato waffles and fish fingers. Very handy. Awesome feature especially when you’re already scent sensitive due to the migraine.Highly recommend and will continue to use even after baby is here.

The first time you use it be sure was in the freezer for some hours, otherwise the cool effect will not last long.

It’s a nice idea but for my migraines this item is too heavy. Once laying in bed I couldn't lift my head up. It’s also very stiff. But it did feel nice on at the beginning.

Quite big but good quality

Just cannot see why the underarm strap does not velcro at all!! But for pain relief this is great and fits well

Lo he usado para una rodilla después de una operación de prótesis. Ha cumplido su función perfectamente, se adapta a la anatomía de la rodilla, y con las cintas elásticas se sostiene perfectamente, la usaba cada 2 horas y en ese tiempo en el congelador era suficiente para que se enfriase.

Wirklich toll !! Ich bin begeistert. Das Cool Pad lag ungefähr 1 1/2 Stunden im Gefrierschrank. Ideal bei meinem Arthrose geplagtem Knie. Es sitzt super. Die elastischen Bänder fixieren gut. Man sollte nach der Lagerung im Gefrierschrank ein Handtuch darunter packen, um Erfrierungen zu vermeiden. VIELEN, LIEBEN DANK 😃

Ich hatte Probleme an der Schulter, weswegen ich es gekauft habe.Dann musste ich aber am Knie operiert werden und ich liebe das Teil, weil esei Fach drei normale Kühlpads ersetzt.Ich liebe die Größe der Kühlmöglichkeit am Körper und will es nicht mehr missen. Wenn man regelmäßig einen Körperteil kühlen muss, für den ist dies ein Muss, egal für was. Ich habe zwei davon, weil eins ist ja irgendwann zu warm durch den Körper.

As well as, covering the lumbar, to mid bottom!!The wrap strap, is great!! I wasn't sure about size of it, I've been gaining weight since I hurt my back!! I bought another product, with a wrap strap, I don't even know where it's at now!! It never, ever fit!! Even when I was able to get it on, it was so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it!! THIS: would fit big to small!!! It's fantastic!!! Hands free RELIEF!!Having to freeze, most are so hard, won't bend, actually hurt trying to sit on a big rock!! THIS: So flexible, it's amazing!! And, stays cold, long after it's removed from the freezer!!That's how I originally found this!! I had a ice pack, made of clay!! LOVE it, everyone loves it!! Problem is, I have to hold it/sit on it, trying to keep it on the right area!! THIS: SOLVES ALL ON IT!!!It's SO comfortable!!! You will not regret it!!! I'm definitely going to be buying more!!
