Trend Digital Angle Ruler Carry Case, Black, Durable Protective Storage

This is a good, well-made case for the Trend 400mm (2x200mm) digital angle rule. Good points: Well made; The rule is a tight squeeze in the case and it's secured with a velcro flap at the top; Good size belt loops on the back; Has a pouch for storing the battery rather than leaving it in the tool itself; Not so good point: This should come included with the tool itself, not as a separate item. This makes the combined price quite high. In spite of the price, I recommend this is bought if you're getting the digital angle rule that it is made for.

Does exactly as expected

I like the case as it holds the DAR 200 securely and protected. It probably doesn't need all the straps to hold it to your belt and a sidearm. Just in case you are attacked, your trusty DAR200 is always by your side to thwart would be attackers. I have it in the toolbox and bought the case as I didn't want the display on the DAR200 to get bashed around. Take off all the unnecessary strapping and you'd have a pretty good product.

nice little case. only gripe is that the black end of the angle finder is a bit tight in it but i think this will become better over time. i like the little battery pocket on the front
