It certainly works well for smoothing out and reducing love handles/a tummy... it did make a difference when I wore it under a dress on holiday. Easy to wash also, and didn't dig into my tummy like some do.However, it did roll up my thighs a few times, especially if you're walking for a few minutes. So that was a bit of a disappointment.

I was shocked these actually fitted. I got the size XL as i am a UK 16-18 and when i took them out the packet, i honestly thought there was no way they were going to fit.Take your time and follow the instructions to get them on comfortably and my do they stretch!Very flattering and nice material, my only gripe is the hemmingbone-esque lines going up the stomach. These are intended to cinch in your waist but the tips poke into you if, like me, you are a larger lady. Very uncomfortable being poked in the back and rib when you sit down.I think if you are a slimmer person looking for some control then they'll do a lovely job.

Got this for the party I attended. This high-waisted shapewear panty gave my bum a good shape and definitely show my figure. It is seamless and invisible under clothing, with no panty lines, making it perfect for even my everyday wear. It also features a double-layered fabric around the midsection to help flatten my tummy, reduce my waistline, and provide moderate compression for a slimmer appearance. It can be machine washed and is available in dark black. It is affordable and good value money for only £8.99.

Xl fits a size 16 well, holds your tummy in and smooths everything out. Built in "butt shelf" to give your bum some lift and shape. Personally i am not a fan of the bones that are built into it on the front and back, I dont find these too comfortable when sat down. This could benefit from an easy access hole in between the legs to make going to the toilet abit easier. Good quality shapeware, if you dont mind the bones, this is a great choice.

The media could not be loaded.  I really live these tummy control shorts. They pull you in in all the right places & are firm but comfortable.They're also wired around the waist band which provides even more support, and also helps stop them from rolling.Would recommend!

Unfortunately, this wasn't great at what it was supposed to do. The metal rod bits are quite hard to get used to and I found that as soon as I sit down, it rolls down over my stomach.Good shapewear is hard to find, and I don't think this does an exceptional job for me. There are instructions about "putting them in your hip pocket" which doesn't really make sense?Besides helping with chafing, not sure I'm happy with these.
