Product Description Our authentic blend of aromatic spices, ginger, tamarind & garlic for a beautifully balanced tandoori dish Ingredients WaterGinger Pur?e (18%)Ground Spices (11%) [CorianderCuminPaprikaSpices]Tamarind (8%)SaltAcids (Acetic AcidLactic Acid)Garlic Powder (3%)Colours (E163E122E129) Directions Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with 1 cup of yogurt. Marinate chicken or vegetables for at least 30 minutes. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot with naan bread and your favorite sides. This paste has been withdrawn from the Patax range , and rarely seen in local supermarkets. To my delight I was able to purchase through Amazon. Reasonable price and tasted just as I remembered . Tandoori chicken is a real treat .
